Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? I found some fake reviews here stating that these people have office abroad. They have the only office in Mumbai. The company is pathetic. No corporate culture and communication. No appraisals. No incentives. If you really want to stuck with no benefits then you can join. Professionals stay away from this company of you really want to go ahead.
