They give you a chance to handle some responsibilities but in the end its becomes the reason of one's owns death because they ask some questions in such a way without understanding the work timing if you couldn't do the work they will humiliate you very bad way...

They call you a family member and give some promises of promotion while need and after getting their needs they will lure you some false allegations to remove you from the company and thread you that they will terminate or you resign your self.
