Working here was an awful experience. Employees are treated terribly, with constant verbal abuse and mental harassment, all disguised as 'constructive feedback.' They pile multiple job roles on you, cut salaries without any notice, and make you feel like you should be grateful for not being fired. The worst part is they act like they're doing you a favor by keeping you on board, but in reality, they just want to cover up the shady practices that good employees eventually uncover. The exposure is great and have lots of opportunities to gain more insights about the work, have a lot of learning to do as a fresher, as usual the work pressure will be there and its not something that which will not be elsewhere, most important part is communication and that is happening here which if routed through correct channels you will definitely find solution to your query, I personally feel that end of the day if I have a problem and not finding a solution to it, I should communicate and resolve it, thankfully we have the head of Growth who is the bridge between the employees and the company, I and many others have received proper guidance and well communicated, further down the line the issues were resolved as well Overall SkilloVilla is a startup and making its way to the top, which will have a few hiccups down the road, but that doesn't mean its not worth giving it a try working here, and there has been no top organization which hasn't encountered these situations during their journey.
