Fake Promises ( Like you will get placement opportunity within 6 months otherwise you don't need to pay EMI'S and skill lync will gives your money which was you paid prevoiuse money like fee ) to give the job at high salaries but they can't provide startup companies to learners.They will charge you 1 lakh to 2 lakh INR to provide the course.

1) Skill lync sold me one course making me fool and fake promises 2) They took loan on my head without inform me . they told me , you just pay 3 emi on your side and another emi you will pay from after getting job and stipend amount. 3) Many times i requested skill lync but not support me. Even not reply me .
