Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

In my opinion the working at SKF is gud bt growth is not gud and salary is below average and company culture is nice . Employees behavior is gud and they are sporteing, encouraging. I was working at SKF in haridwar plant which is not so big plant so i think that's why there is not more politics so as a m/c operator for me is gud.
