Org restructure very often, No Job security due to this. Frequent Relocation/Transfers. Growth based on favouritism. Too many policies only to be on paper.! Inadequate incentive payouts. Management always into trial and error methods for company's growth, without providing enough time for new Strategies to mature both internally and externally.

Poor Growth. Poor incentive payouts. HR not concerned about employees welfare. Work-life balance actually does not exist. IJP's are just on paper.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
