Very Healthy Good environment & Culture. Good work life balance. Company Provides WHF facilities during Covid, provide free vaccination to all its employees. company cares about its employees. I'll say for past 2 years the biggest problem or you can say challenge we are facing is working remotely dur to covid 19 although it's for our safety but it increases the challenges for us as we have to explain things to people by video calls and sometimes the internet connection break out of people so we have to call them up and guild the lm through normla calls and it's kind of irritate couse it increases your work hour because you have to do cross check with everyone to meet deadlines...Read More

Most of the things are fine according to me as it is easy to reach from metro station and they provide cab facilities for us till the nearest metro station, 5 days working and yes there is most of the work is for outsourcing.

they should have atleast 2 washrooms at the ground floor as if that is busy i have to go downstaires for that, building has no smoking room you have to go atleast 50 meters for that also walls are also looks preety empty as per being a interior design company they shouold have done somethings for this. and there is one more things once in a week or in 15 days i have to work 9-7 that also irritates me as per my working hour is 9-6 rest if ok...Read More

Company is nic and the management is also good we get benifits like health insurance, annual outing and on the job support and trainings for growth

they only have one vending machine there and that too is in the basement and you have to call or wait for the support staff to have a cofee or tea they don't have tv in the cafetaria also so we can enjoy some songs or watch news during our breakes
