Yaa, Although its been almost more than one and half year since i am working in Skechers its one of the best growing brand in athletic sector even the brand is giving the though competition to the brands like Nike, Adidas as well as Puma who are master in their sectors. I Had learned many things regarding my profile but if you see your future in the brand then according to me its not up to that mark. Even if you talk about policies then i am not well satisfied with it. Management is good but i don't think they much qualified as per the post norms.Work culture is quite good but not superb that's all. Thank You...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
