Everything Suddenly you can see manager HR people writing reviews - company started in Aug 19 and in such a short span they have many HRs who have worked with them. Apart from me , 2 other HR managers I know who have worked with them and who were not happy and till date have been following up for their dues. Please don’t fall intotrap. They can give you the salary you want because they just have to give it on paper , in reality they will never pay you. My experience was pathetic here. Joined in November 2020 - left 13th February night 2021(work from home(Delhi), never visited their office, registered office at Bihar). At the time of joining they didn't disclose the financial condition of company. They don't give you salary on time . They Gave me salary of November 2020 on 11th ofFebruary 2021 after making a lot of requests. Yet they haven't given me salary of December, January and February (till yesterday) . When you will force them to release the salary they give you false hope, will do arguments, then terminates you and at last they do suspend your email ID, so that you can't further communicate with them and ask for salary. Apart from me other employees are also facing the same issues. The best thing about working with Skarn Robotics is the higher management that always take care of you during these tough times. The work pressure is very less as compared to my previous organization and also the communications between different teams is very smooth. Flexible work timing as long as you complete your daily assigned task.

I liked how you don't have to work since the management is illiterate. I would want to know their qualifications. A bunch of manner less people are running the company. This can be a perfect example of kirana store type culture.

There are no ethics no work culture no human behavior they talk like some uneducated manner less people with absolutely no fear of God of not paying the salary and using people for their benefit. The reason nothing good is going to come to them is bcoz they are just looting hardwork of people including the messed up human resource department which should be renamed as fooling people department. There is nothing to like about this start up. It's been in active status for almost an year now and so far no progress. The founder is one psychopath, won't talk to people or investors. This company has not paid salary for past 4 months. Everytime the salary is inquired they have some or the other reason or they blame it on people who have left the organisation.
