Nothing to like as this is a fake company who ask employees to work without salary. And if you ask for salary they terminate you or stop giving you work.

Dislikes

The management adds fake comments on ambition box. So please dont go by good reviews if any because they are fake and the management is pathetic they dont give salary and if you ask for it they say you have not wotked. They will keep saying that they are getting funds in next 15 days and the will give salary in another 30 days. This is how they will fool you to work for free for few months.

Work Pressure is quite less as compared to my previous organization. My TL is very supportive and also there is flexible timing, you just have to get your assigned work done though. Looking forward to join my team mates once this covid situation improves

There is nothing to like about this start up. It's been in active status for almost an year now and so far no progress. The founder is one psychopath, won't talk to people or investors. This company has not paid salary for past 4 months. Everytime the salary is inquired they have some or the other reason or they blame it on people who have left the organisation. I was hired as a graphic designer at Skarn Robotics and due to covid, i got to work from Home only. the management was supportive in these tough times and also there wasn't much pressure. Flexible timing as long as you get your daily assigned work done.

I worked with Skarn Robotics for a brief time but the overall experience here was great. Not too much pressure regarding the work and deadlines weren't too tight. Small team but we did have fun working here.
