...till date have been following up for their dues. Please don’t fall into trap. They can give you the salary you want because they just have to give it on paper , in reality they will never pay you. Bunch of family members running this company where founders mother is director , fiancé is CEO, brother is VP. None of them know nothing. They don’t have funds and know nothing about it.

... At the time of joining they didn't disclose the financial condition of company. They don't give you salary on time . They Gave me salary of November 2020 on 11th of February 2021 after making a lot of requests. Yet they haven't given me salary of December, January and February (till yesterday) . When you will force them to release the salary they give you false hope, will do arguments, then terminates you and at last they do suspend your email ID, so that you can't further communicate with them and ask for salary. Apart from me other employees are also facing the same issues. I would suggest you, if you are ready to work without salary for 4-5 months then you can joint it. *The above said statement are made as per my personal true experience.

I have been working with Skarn robotics from last few months and i literally enjoy working here. Overall atmosphere is great and they are very flexible with everything as long as you complete your work on time.

Nothing to like as this is a fake company who ask employees to work without salary. And if you ask for salary they terminate you or stop giving you work.

Dislikes

The management adds fake comments on ambition box. So please dont go by good reviews if any because they are fake and the management is pathetic they dont give salary and if you ask for it they say you have not wotked. They will keep saying that they are getting funds in next 15 days and the will give salary in another 30 days. This is how they will fool you to work for free for few months.

I liked how you don't have to work since the management is illiterate. I would want to know their qualifications. A bunch of manner less people are running the company. This can be a perfect example of kirana store type culture.

Dislikes

There are no ethics no work culture no human behavior they talk like some uneducated manner less people with absolutely no fear of God of not paying the salary and using people for their benefit. The reason nothing good is going to come to them is bcoz they are just looting hardwork of people including the messed up human resource department which should be renamed as fooling people department. This scam company trap people in this company and then don't pay becoz they don't have funds. OH I forgot to mention I was removed from the company for asking for my salary
