NOT AT ALL A GOOD PLACE OF CHOOSING AS A CAREER BUILDER

No positive working environment, worst behaviour of management with office staffs and customers, misleads customers, very poor service, etc.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
