It's a hardcore touring job around 20 day you have to be on the field which is enthusiastic and gain new experience from market. Work environment is overwhelming. Salary package depends on experience. Opportunity for career growth in the company depends on the performance.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high, U have to work till 11 pm if you are on field.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and dispatch report as well as manage day to day yield operations.All the travels involved gets a little hectic sometimes but it's ok.

Worst company i have worked in my career... Working here is biggest mistake... There's lot of politics in work... Management doesn't care about you and your family all they want is to put pressure on employees... Most HOD's are uneducated hence an educated person cannot cope up with them...
