Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The worst company in terms of hiring. After giving 6 rounds of interview and Documentation they have rejected the candidates saying the stability is not aligned. Wasted 1 month of my time. Don't apply in Sixt India, they have the worst hiring process although the recruiters and employees are friendly. The values and the practices are only on papers.

Unwilling to solve problems with thorough thinking and strategy. -> Lack of focus on shipping quality products. Later complain about bad solutions. When pushed back leaders about lack of clarity on requirements, leaders pressurize to get things done. -> Mid-management often pressuring teams to deliver on unrealistic expectations without clarity on requirements and expecting them to slog.
