Most of the points meet the average expectation.

There is no life insurance cover for employees. Only accidental death cover. My colleauge passed away on duty due to heart attack. What I got to know from this colleauge's spouse is that the firm initially issued death information report as 'Death at home'! On continuous demand they change to "Death at Other Location' but refused to mention death at office. There was no life insurance taken by the company for the staff & was claimed it was all within Qatar labour laws. The spouse was settled only with last month salary, graduity & some employee contribution I worry for myself & my family if such a situation happens to me......Read More
