Generally in this company one year prohibition period to get any benefits, salary is given on every 15th of the month,which means we work for 45 days and we get paid 30 days remaining day salary c/o .working hours too high ,no holidays like public or Sunday ,Monday etc . I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
