Here I when joined at Gurgaon initially things were good, but gradually I came to know that these were my misconception. I had worked last 6 months every weekends Saturday, Sunday. Almost all projects are every weekend works is compulsory with no extra pay. in week day more than 12 hours works in almost all projects. this is due to bad project management and bad senior management. No any compensations. only 1 leave per month i.e. 12 leaves. no medical insurance. before I joined HR said there is food facility, good benefits, big medical insurance and bla bla bla. but after joined 1 months I found here is all are fake. they traps employee who is mid range skill sets, low level knowledge, low salary, not working from 2-3 months these employee can easily trapped because these employee need job. here is hire and after six months fire attitude in every where...Read More

No Hike, No appraisal in Covid and says lost projects hits badly. work life balance terrible. hire and then fire if project completed attitude. no on-bench system, if no project, no salary and fire in one day without compensation work time tracking system, each seconds is counts and if fails to target working hours then salary is cuts down. in employee's computer time tracker installed which can not modify. the report is sends to HR and Reporting Manager weekly without your notice. if you failed to complete your single second then your salary will cut down and fired without any further notice and compensation. 10000% politics in company, favoritism, relative are in management, bribes indirectly like party given to boss in every months. terrible works as I joined, I given R&D tasks in technical codes. i was expecting team management, project management, etc. but they given me R&D tasks to collect and maintain data, record keeping in excel.

Only salary bracket is good and the tech stack is reasonably okay.

Dislikes

Favouritism and politics by program managers. Working conditions are not transparent specially the shift timings for IT department. Job security is non existent. Parking facilities are far away from the premises but few people are given parking in the building itself. Personal attacks by managers is a regular occurrence.

9 hour shifts with some breaks, in the evening it looks more like a bpo call center. Focus is primarily on communication.

Company currently under transition from service based to product based as it got acquire by SitusAMC group earlier it was known as Assimilate Solutions. Many things are under process but I hope company will go in the right direction as it’s parents company.

Dislikes

Some manager still follows old process of assimilate and forget that it’s product based company and they need to learn how to engage team onshore and offshore.

Micro management and favouritism is more in few teams due to this your growth is not at all there because of favouritism. Your efforts will not get rewarded because lower management won't highlight to higher management what you have done for company.

If you work honestly, no need to ask for promotions. Definitely they will promote you. There allowances and extra perks are beat in industry. They always gives preference to jobless candidates while hiring. They have started a home pick-up and drop facility.

It's a worst and pathetic place to work. Upper and all management and HR all are one and same. Have to bow down always on their foot and they will be good to you. Playing partial and politics games. You cannot say anything against them or else they will take revenge and harrass. Even it's their fault they will never accept. HR are taking wrong advantages of their power and behaving like goons. Transport is worsest and servants of HR and all other management people. This place is ridiculous and have no mental peace. Too much of politics beyond your imagination. They will create such situations so that you either stay and suffer or else leave the organization. Some of team members are so ridiculous you will get to know from where they belong and what kind of background they carry. Behaving like goons, abusive behaviour and spread ridiculous rumours and management tries to support such people only who are behaves in such way. It's not safe place for women. Even if you will complaint about anyone they will instead take action against you and will mentally drained you out. No use and actions taken ever on any complaints. No growth. Only HR department has growth. HR is the worsest people I have ever seen in all my career and everyone has same opinion in the company about the management. No skills and development Very very poor management people with low level skills. People with good skill have left the organisation. The people left are staying with favouritism factor.
