Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Most of the people, dont share the knowledge about the working flow of products , they are insecure people, including engineers, Senior Engineers, Leads and Managers Too much nepotism managers do with favourite employees , if Team Lead or existing Senior Engineers creates good bonding with new employee on personal level, they transfer the knowledge and support them only.
