Lower level staff like technicians and operators are great. And well skilled persons. Nature wise also they are decent and helpful.

Politics are there. Back stabbing also the culture. And people having a strange and weird attitude. No one listens you if you have made mistakes as well as BIG NO SUPPORT from seniors. Moreover, if you haven't made mistakes then also seniors blame you for being with default persons. At the end, you will be responsible if any issuesor problems arise.
