No stretchable targets,same targets for years together whats going to happen is the target and thats why there is a parasitic senior manager in international division.Good place to work if you a marathi that too a brahmin.

Dislikes

Management have no stability of thoughts,no risk taking ability,too much interested in personal lives of people,have there own baseless assumptions for individuals. Not at all good for girls especially if they are good looking.You can be thrown out on any fine day with 1hr notice period.Not an organisation to work with if you expect professionalism and carrier growth.
