As a fresher the exposure to the live project gives vast knowledge on many thing.

Dislikes

1. The treatment we get as an employee is below average, no respect whatsoever, not even to the experienced employees. 2. Terrible job security. The management will keep only the people they want. 3. Very poor management with many consecutive bad decisions. Many internal quarrels willtake place openly in the office. 4. The sensitive things discussed with HR will not remain confidential. I worked in Sirma more than 4 years. The management is very poor. No employee care, job security is not there. Now, they started politics. I don't want to say much. But it's not at all as per the standard. Thank you!
