Work culture is good. Facilities for the patients are excellent. The infrastructure & environment of the hospital is conducive.

Dislikes

For clinical experience, it is a good place to work with. But salary increment for the employees is not so decent.. there is a vast difference between the salary statement and the salary drawn actually. Career growth opportunities are slow

Work environment and culture is good with opportunity to learn and grow in your career. Regular conferences and classes are held by the consultant doctors and the nursing in charges. The management is transparent and orientation program is upto the mark. The hospital is clean, there is a huge cafeteria for the patient bystanders as well as the staff. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year....Read More

I was a part of this hospitals team. If you are looking to join then please ask for a handsome package coz going in that will be the only good thing that will keep you going. They are giving beyond industry standards to their senior management. Hospital industry knows this. Hence ask for a big raise. The senior management lacks basic skill of management. A Raj mistry knows better how to handle people than their top management. Management only live on handsome package given by parent RIL. The good part is that they give good insurance benefit and salary on time. Also, performance rating is flawed, job role and HR teams clarity to their work is a joke
