We have to travel very often in fact the job itself required lot of travelling from one place to another . Rest all the factors like working culture ,salary, leaves and other benefits are admirable.

Teacher's teaching in the academy were friendly and helpful.

Work growth is slow. Employee grievance are never taken into consideration and also they are not valued.Inspite of achieving targets, no compensation abd benifits.

Work Details

Work in SIP academy was boring and challenging as the owner of the academy was not co-operative. We were asked to work 7 days a week and there was no proper timing as well. The work environment was very bad.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
