They fired out from job without notice Period and without any remuneration. Loss of career. Pls don't join this company on any cost 🙏. Top Management is not supporting. HR and Account department behave like despotism. Less expenses and higher deduction in expenses.

Boss Mr. Joshipura was very good and managed the entire organisation very well, once welspun acquired it, there started dirty politics between the new department heads hired by welspun

Dislikes

New HR team hired by welspun are not at all employee friendly, they don't treat you well even if you are in the company or even after leaving the company. Work culture is worst from April 2023 onwards.
