It was my first experience which was really worst than my current company. 1. Delay of salary for months. 2. No proper guidelines 3. Work culture is so bad where there is no security nor support for the superior. 4. They no to get the work done. 5. I still regret my self to start my career in Sindhu Cargo services 6. I have still my 3 month salary still pending. Non of our managers are responding my call nor supporting us. 7. I have also spoke with the HR stuffs too, but no respond.
