Actually it is 3 rd party company to we hired for simplyjith holdings and worked for nextracker flex company america based solar tracking (supplier of tracking material) company when it comes to my role i have to be at site (solar powerplant) and need to act as a bridge to client and my company (nextracker) and surveillance on construction whether they are following our company standards or not if they are not following firs i need to contact my concern project manager and to ask them for correction if they done it's okay otherwise I need to made report like issues Apart from work it gave me opportunity work with different kind of people and and different location it gave me wide range of exposure related to solar power plants And i got a colleagues in my age limit it help me to share my thought easily and ask for suggestions However it's short and helpful journey...Read More
