- There is no empathy in the entire organisation. They will demoralise you in every meeting. - There is nothing called healthy discussion. No feedback session,no skip level discussions. - Many of the managers in senior positions have no clue what there team is doing. They do not understand the work and so neither they are able to help or contribute in timely completion of work. - Company has a 1+1=11 teamwork rule, however it is truly 0+1=0. The other person will know ZERO about what needs to be completed but at the end of the quarter will take credit for everything equally. - Your manager will make sure that you do not get 100% in your KRA ratings. You are ineligible for full KRA ratings eventhough you have completed everything assigned to you. In a way that is to reduce your overall KRA ratings which will affect your appraisals. - HRBPs are useless and they just the mouthpiece of the organisation! - They have made the entire function so complex that it is very hard to get in touch with any other team members if you need help. - Internal politics is way too much than expected. Careerwise you will never grow in this company. P.S. Your L1 and L2 managers will threaten you to remove you from team or will make sure you never grow in the company. - Old employees are incompetent and do not want to adhere to new processes set up by other teams, as they have been longer in the company. - Sometimes you will be given authority to complete a task but because the other team members' incompetence you will not be able to do it. - The other rule the company speaks high about is TRANSPERANCY. However they forget the fact that transparency does not mean that you demean someone in front of everyone about the work done. The excuse they give is "we are all family here". - Work hours are 9.5 but it will extend by 12+hrs. One should be very Care full before joining SLP you are not actually hired for the Job which is posted on the JD if you are a technical Person you may have to work for finance as a Clerk and beg around people for Shit approvals which may hit you on Week ends or on General Holidays.

There is Nothing Great on the Technical Part we have couple of switches an old Firewall and all open Sources Application which most of the time does not work and a Gsuite Email support. Along with this we have a good Telephonic Support which works goods.
