The company is open to innovation and readily adoptd old technology. I get to travel abroad especially to the Dhaka (Bangladesh)

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, everytime, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day

Nothing now a days, Company management is crook. Sucking their own employees.

No Salary in time, delay is about 5 months to 1 year, if some body is ready to spent their own money and also work, can join company, even now a days they are not paying even after termination or resignation, even Head office Admin department also not responding, their EIS policy also expired, if anything happens to employee, he even cant do treatment by company's policy card, In pandemic lock-down they simply put absent to employees, not paid single penny for lock-down. they officially communicates employees that they not attended duty. Even they force employees to resign, and harassing after resign also they are not paying their outstandings....Read More
