Requirement keep changing every now and then. work life balance is zero, need to work overtime and weekends still no additional benefits. worst HR policies no Hike and Bonus There is no fund in the organization for procuring mechanical tools and equipment, but CEO will buy multiple luxuries car and motorbike. No work from home even in emergency. work from office or take leave. Travel policy is worst. need to pay from pocket and reimbursement will take months' time and need to follow up multiple times. HR policy keeps changing every month. Hiring doesn't happen at all. HR team can't close any position properly. only if people give recommendation people may join....Read More

No clarity from upper management. Requirement and things keep on changing. Keep on shuffling your employees between the teams and tell you are not performing good. Higher and fire mentality. One of the worst management I have ever joined.

Their products is simply awesome in performance and budget. Manager accepting the suggestion to do changes. Work life balance is perfect Carrier development and knowledge sharing is great. Perfect and comfortable place.

Working here from last 2 years. Learnt a lot and young and dynamic team. You enjoy every bit of development and kind of learning you get is not just on the work. You get to interact with core Team and management. Support I got in filling the patent and got full support on developing the tech. Thanks simple!.

Not much bothering. I see some improvements. Need more townhall/all hands and give more growth insights which will help and boost us. Which is lagging. Hope management improves and gives more insights on the growth and sales and future plans.

The company focuses on technology development and the product developed is really good. Simple dot one is far better than any other counterpart Ev scooter.

The company doesn't focus on marketing and other activities which will help gain more eyeballs. there is a lot of bureaucracy that needs to be solved, for everything, you need to get many approvals, which makes things very slow freedom to work and enact upon powers will help in building a better organisation.

Except for the culture everything is terrible, there is no transportation or food and employment benefits are inadequate. Process are not streamlined and the leadership is very poor, joining is waste of time ,as the environment is full of politics . If they apply change management only it’s good 👍🏻
