If one is coming for a growth in terms of salary, learning, profile etc.. then very honestly, Simpa is not the company for him. But you can absolutely enjoy the 5 day's working culture, the location of HQ is very near to the metro or if you do not have any option, then you can take Simpa as a stop over company.

Dislikes

The CEO likes to manage things on an very micro level. Except to the business, the CEO ensure to get his involvements in everything and with anything. The clear supporting examples to this statement is that from last good couple of years, department like; IT, HR, Accounts are running without any HOD, and the expectations from the A line from these departments are kept very high. One can also make out these gaps from the amount of attrition which is not only @ field, but as well as @ HO, while the saddest irony is that no one even try to retain those resources or make any effort that they put the stop on this attrition. The dictator culture can also easily be witnessed. There's lot to write about, but guess this board will be small to take all those statements. In one line if I have to conclude, then I would say "AVOID JOINING SIMPA, UNTIL YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY OPTION, SINCE JOINING SIMPA IS NOT GOING TO ADD ANY VALUE TO THE CAREER, BUT WILL DEFINITELY WILL PUT SOME RUST ON YOUR SKILLS"...Read More
