use and throw attitude towards people working here Very bad working atmosphere for indians as well as non muslims. company will terminate your contract without any reason any time. electrical Department headed by Eng Waeil and Eng Hakam is the place where u will find the hell lot of discrimination.

Very Boring, and unsupportive higher management. the employeese will not have any kind of facilities here, even for the work. the system in which company runs is a hell.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
