Nothing, the work culture is very poor. They don’t respect the employees whether you have survived them for years. Salary is average, appraisals is zero. If you can butter people or your senior you survive.

Company is good, working hours also satisfied, and importantly incentives and salary wise there is no guarantee that they will pay full. it is completely based on managers mood. especially girls do not work under Mr. Shashi Ranjan (Sales manager)he is not good guy, and he will spoil company reputation by doing misbehave with the women employees.
