The company is open to innovation but not readily adopts latest technology. i Love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable and has a global client base. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is quite decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day . Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths.

Generally speaking, my work is challenging as i have to look after the entire marketing and as well as manage day-to-day yield operations. I have to do online research about our company clients.

The company was great, the manager was very supportive, and the employees were wonderful. The only challenge was that the salary didn’t increase, and my skill growth was mostly in communication rather than IT knowledge. However, overall, everything else was good for me, and it was a valuable experience.

Dislikes

The salary never increased, and the work hours were exhausting—10 hours a day. On top of that, I was often forced to work an extra half hour without any choice. It felt unfair and draining.

Working here is a deeply disappointing experience. They will promise you a fixed salary, but this is misleading as you are only paid based on the amount of profile you write, essentially making it feel like freelancing. The most problematic aspect is the night shift HR manager, Venkat. His behavior is the opposite of what you wouldexpect from an HR professional. He acts like a strict school principle, bulling the new employees and closely monitoring their every move. Working hours is too much upto 12 to 13 hours per day. Very Bad, There is no Encouragement or Appreciations for Employees, for two years salary hike. For Incentives also not given properly too much works ourv TL is not supporting.
