Terrible workplace! -Micromanaged business that controls employees with an iron fist. - Ridiculous timelines for editors. 1-month production cycle, which is absurd given the average quality of manuscripts commissioned. - Constant threats of working Saturdays (and even Sundays). - No flexibility whatsoever, even during the pandemic. No support to staff. Paycuts without informing employees. - WFH not permitted even during a raging pandemic - except during lockdown. Employees asked to come to work even when they reported mild fever (come to office as long as you are not coughing was the unspoken rule). - No HR or management to speak of. Almost every year there will be a mass exodus from the company! And that explains every 1 star review, those are entirely spot on. The CEO and COO - a couple of naraccists that happen to be married and have no business managing this company - are the main issue here. The CEO is abusive, manipulative, and thinks every single person on earth besides her is a complete idiot<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. She will make it known that she has no appreciation for your talent, skills, and experience because she has more of whatever it may be</mark>. She spends her full day, micromanaging and badgering every manager 12+ hours a day (and weekends), complaining, gaslighting, insulting, and having full on melt downs via group chat conversations....Read More

I have seen 10-15 colleagues were fired instantly by manager. - Highly non-professional work environment. - On joining 1 mo nth training will be there, they won't pay u a penny on 1st month. - On first 6 month your salary will be paid on 15th of every month and as cheque. After completion of 6 month, salary will be provided on 8th of every month in bank account. - Till one year you have to come to office on saturdays. No job security, can be fired any time. Too much of work pressure. People roaming behind managers only get Appraisals, no recognition to hard work. Worst leave policy system. No canteen. No cab facility.
