No proper amenities. I was joined as HR and they made me work in Purchase, Admin, PS to MD, and what not. Compensation is nothing infront of what amount of work you do. Managers sometimes speak bad words which no one should speak infront of a lady. They do not follow any labour law. They don’t let people leave the company easily. Long hours of work. Few people handling everything. No use of technology. Unethical business practices and sometimes illegal also. Staff is not so educated and not at all cooperative....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
