The work culture at my current office is extremely challenging. There is a lack of respect for junior staff in the content department, and I found it difficult to work there for even five days due to the negative environment. The management and HR teams seem to lack empathy and professionalism. When I raised concerns to the head of HR, I was told to accept the situation if I wanted to continue working there.
