Higher Management is really very supportive and always ready to help. Generally, it doesn't happen with other companies.

Promotion procedure of a company plays a vital role in employee's working. Firstly give a chance of promotion to Signutra employee if you didn't find the suitable candidate then search outside the company. This process should change. There are many very big players in Pharma industry, who never take managers from outside the company. It should be changed.

In my opinion, I think if the working hours are there, then we should have alternate Saturdays off, because to travel more than 8 hours a day for a continuous 6 days will be exhaustive for us.

Please increase the daily allowance and out station hotel allowance because after traveling two or three hours and all day filled work if you are not comfortable in night it's not good for our health and not comfortable for next day working.
