THE COMP[ANY IS REALLY GOOD TECHNOLOGY. I LOVE THE FACT THAT I AM A PART OF A TEAM WORK. AND EMPLOYEE ALL POLICY IS GOOD IN THE COMPANY. THAN RULES AND REGULATION IS GOOD.

COMPENSATION IS DECENT BUT MY GROWTH IS SLOW . THE WORK PRESSURE IS VERY HIGH SOMETIMES.

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
