Only my last reporting Manager- he don't value my work, as he don't know about project business but he still like to interfere on everything and he don't have any solutions if any problems arriesed. Instead of giving solutions he use to forward everything to the downline. Otherwise as A Company I don't have anything to dislike.

Work Details

Overall initially when I joined in Switches & Switchgear div. it wasxa struggling situations but it was a challenging job and to overcome it whenever we needed any support we got it. I have able to establish our Switches Div. as tuff competitor in Project

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
