One of the very few VLSI companies from India which is making difference. There is lot to learn every day. One will get to work on entire product life cycle from specifications to deployment.

There are lot of activities going on , many cross domain tasks are assigned which is very good, ample opportunities to learn and develop ones skill set.

Dislikes

Work life balance is horrible, the company has not made any profit so far, no product in market yet, management has not a very clear idea of what they want to sell, most things are done in hurry at the end moment, not much is done to improve team morale and employee weekends are taken for granted. Everyday work hours easily extend beyond stipulated time. Every task is a new challenge. Growth rate is good. Need to be able to grasp and solve problems quickly. There is everyday interaction with senior management who are extremely good technically
