They hire the person to make them insulted each and every point. They even don't know how to treat the head authority. HR is working and also support management while they use bad languages and worst language used by management. They just laugh with proud that management is using these words . The worst company I am working.

It’s a very bad company. Nothing to like about.

It’s a very bad company. Sigma doesn’t has any work ethics and there is a lot of company politics. They do not use any kind of CRM software like a professional company. Company’s MD is not at all visionary and they do not want to make it the next billion dollar company. The MD is running the company as if it is a traditional shop (Seth ki dukan). The industry has a potential to grow but they are not able to incorporate technology in the business. They don’t even register their employees after onboarding. No PF, medical insurance benefits. Very Poor management, Company running in unorganized way, fake comitment by HR and management, no training compensession provided by company, only targeting to save taxes from govt. thats why all the employess are offrole and geeting salary by QR code by any company person and even company uses the employee's account for their operation/installation. No salary slip, No oppointment letter, No leave policy, No salary by company account( NEFT), No proof of employeement for future. There are no job security they can fired you any time if they want you are not fit for the work without any warning or intimation. Also after resign of left the job you have to regular follow up for the balance salary clearance and for documents like reliving letter and experience letter they didn't given . Also the not given salaryin account not any salary slip provided by them. Hr not pickup the call and not replying your messages or mails.
