Environment and work culture is good in sigma.Also displine work can done in this company with proper following all the rules and regulations.

Always company demand full production,so production demand may pressure all DET,so fresher are pressurize at first.Salary increments very minimum and carrer growth slow.

As a electrical engineer student I specifically not interested in this work.I want to work in maintenance field.But if you start your carrer at first you should join this company for earning money.

Of course that is an MNC company but the culture is like an MIDC work shop or Garage.

Still, right now they are pursuing the manager position(Monkey ke haath main talwar diye hai), and their thinking towards the highly educated person is very bad, even treat the educated person to leave the company as early as possible because they think that educated person will get promoted and their reporting will be changed.
