Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is good. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Lots of opportunities to improve skills and good place for fresher. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

The standard makes clear that employers cannot require workers to provide their own PPE and the worker's use of PPE they already own must be completely voluntary. Safety equipment not provided by employees The assessments are fair, and the pay rises and bonuses are low every year.
