according to me.- 1. Salary and growth rate is slow. 2. When I was joined this company, that time HR said us " 2 year is training period, after your performance base we decided you can do continue or not. But now DET is extended upto 3 years and 3 years training is long time, I don't have issues, I can't do anything but yes company has stick to own words. 3year DET is good you can continue but for new batchs why us??
