HR team is very supportive and colleagues are also supportive. Work environment is positive.

Dislikes

In terms of career there is limited growth.and on sites rules are managed by the manager. And the manager in heavy weight does't have any manners and even he used abusive language. That is not expected. He calls on Sunday too and in working hours there is not any time fix time for work.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
