I work as consultant here. Consultants are underestimated here. Some even face non acceptability and unnecessary harsh instructions. Some permanent programme people discriminate with these consultants. Treat me as if I am burden to organisation. And pass off sarcastic comments at times. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
