Enormous possibility for learning since no one there knows anything about construction so you will automatically search and study things, consult with the clients and during that process you will grow. Literally no work - life balance. They don't respect your time after work. You will be forced to work long hours without any type of compensation (12 hours per day minimum. Sometimes it went up to 20 hours per day continuously for few days). No week offs. They don't have proper infrastructure for financial support to run the site. Management will manipulate you in all possible ways. They don't appoint enough staffs to carry out all the necessary jobs so the staffs present at that time has to do extra works in order to compensate for the missing people.
