I was working on B2B policy in sales for the company as strong. Business development executive. I have given my 100%for my job but after that they don't have such job security to stay for long lasting they can anytime change their policies any time.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
