Peers are not treated with respect and you need to put your self respect aside to work here. Salary is discussed after 6 months of joing. Job always at risk Culture of fear Very high attrition rate... Out of a team of 4, 5 resigned in 2 hears and HR didn't noticed it. Difficult to digest. Whistle blowers are always targeted and loose their jobs here

I got to learn a lot here. Siemens focuses on learning and training of the employees a lot. They encourage innovation too.
In my career here I've just worked on only 2 full fledged projects because there was a lack of hustle by the leadership to acquire new projects. They've hired me to work on a very important project but later they lost the contract and it was converted into a POC. Since then they've just failed to bring new projects for my technologyand now they've stopped taking efforts also. They just asked me to change the technology or seek for jobs outside....Read More
