Since BPO had just taken off in India the company was looking after its employees well, package was good, we as young turks used to work like anything.

Dislikes

After about 3years in the company growth stagnated, work style changed, another young turk was heading the process conflicts arises.

Think about it those were golden days where in little responsibility given and accounted for, it was quiet structured work
